Please Read my Frequently Asked Questions page prior to booking!
Custom tattoos will be priced at $200/hr and require a $100 non-refundable deposit for each session 3 hours or less. Half day and Full day sessions will require a $200 non-refundable deposit.
When traveling, Michelle’s custom hourly rate is $225/hr.
Booking priority will be given to designs that are a good fit for Michelle’s style. Please note Michelle DOES NOT offer hand tattoos, or tattoos from the neck up.
*Please remember to include reference photos, your proposal will be denied without photos.
Flash/Pre-drawn Appointments
This appointment type is for those who’d like to choose a design from my books. All designs are priced by the piece at a flat rate. These pieces are all repeatable until retired, unless the design is designated as a one-off project.
These pieces are given priority, as they reflect what I am currently excited about creating.
Custom Appointments
If you like the look of my flash, but want something more personal and unique, booking a custom design is for you! I accept custom requests based on what I feel would work best with my tattooing style. Custom tattoos are priced at my hourly rate of $200/hr, and $225/hr during a guest spot.
For custom tattoos, I ask a non-refundable drawing fee to cover the time I spend designing your tattoo. This ranges from $20-$80 depending on the complexity of your design. If it’s a simpler design or we’re working on a large-scale project, I may wave the drawing fee.
Trusting an artist with a custom is a big commitment! I try to make the process as stress-free as possible. I will send your custom design a day prior to your appointment, via email, in case you’d like any changes made.
Please be as clear as possible about your idea in your submission form and emails; If you are unclear in our emails and require major redraws due to lack of clarity (edits are completely fine), I will require an additional drawing fee and, for large and detailed custom redraws, may need to reschedule your appointment further out to give the design the attention it deserves. Excessive redraws or lack of communication may result in discontinuing the project
Please note: Demand for custom tattoos is higher than what I have drawing time for, so it may take a few submissions to make an appointment for a custom project.
Cancellation List

Cancellations happen rarely, but if you would like to be contacted when Michelle has last minute cancellations, please fill out their cancellation list.

Touch-Ups
This appointment type is for those who have been tattooed by Michelle and need to touch up their piece. Touch-ups are free if booked within one (1) year of the original tattoo appointment. Tattoos by Michelle needing a touch up beyond the one year window are welcomed at a reduced rate of $100/hr. If you need a touch up, please email me a photo of your piece at: moderngoddesspdx@gmail.com
If you are looking to have a tattoo reworked or refreshed that was not originally done by Michelle, please request a custom tattoo at Michelle’s current hourly rate. These projects are taken on a case by case basis.
